American Rock’n Roll – Anthem
Anthem is a 90 minute Patriotic, Rock N’ Roll Salute to America and our Troops, which will ignite the spark of patriotism in the hearts of All Americans, from sea to shining sea.
Carolyn Benson is the daughter of a USMC Korean War Veteran and wife of a New York First Responder. Anthem, is an inspirational, fun, timely musical production! Benson, along with her talented band under the direction of Mick Gaffney, will entertain and delight the audience. Sure to get the crowd up singing along to such patriotic hits as God Bless America, Ballad of the Green Berets, Coming to America, America the Beautiful, their new patriotic hit songs and some good ole fashioned Rock n’ Roll! Fun for the whole family!
Benson longs to give back to our men and women in uniform, and to our veterans who fought bravely on the front lines. She wants to be of service to them and their families. And to remind every neighborhood, every city block, every farmer, every person who has raised their right hand over their heart to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, that we are not so different, and the very gift of music is out common thread.
